On behalf of the men and women of the Dickinson Police Department, I am pleased to welcome you to our website.  Our continuing goal is to make the city of Dickinson a safe place in which to live, work and play.  We are committed to maintaining and improving the quality of life of the city during this time of rapid growth, by actively partnering with community members and being innovative in our policing strategies.

We are proud to serve the residents of Dickinson in many ways.  Our Department is responsible for helping to prevent crime, patrolling neighborhoods, responding to calls for service, investigating crimes, arresting offenders and working closely with the community to identify and solve neighborhood problems.  We also provide educational and outreach programs to assist the residents and youth of our community.  Our ongoing commitment is to continue to provide the highest quality, professional, and courteous service to our community.

Shortly before 5:00 PM on 4/8/15, the Dickinson Police Department, Stark County Sheriff’s, and Southwest Narcotics Task Force tracked TYE MAUS to a storage unit on the southeast part of Dickinson. MAUS has several felony warrants for his arrest to include Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Methamphetamine Paraphernalia, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. As officers approached and attempted to apprehend MAUS, he was able to enter a dark green or blue older model 2-door Pontiac Grand Prix and fled from officers. MAUS was last seen south of Gladstone.

MAUS is a white male, 6’03” tall, 185lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. The public is asked to report any sightings of MAUS to the Dickinson Law Enforcement Center at 701-456-7759. DO NOT APPROACH OR ATTEMPT TO APPREHEND! (2 photos)
