This website is operated by the Dickinson Police Department and does not list all convicted sex offenders in North Dakota, only high-risk and medium-risk registered sex offenders who are living in Dickinson and are identified as lifetime registrants as defined by law, or have been designated as high-risk or medium-risk offenders by the Attorney General's Risk Level Committee.
